Resetting from inside and outside your account
There are two ways to reset your password.
You can do it from the login screen at klear.kountable.com by clicking on “Forgot password?” Enter the email address you used to set up your account and we will send reset instructions to your inbox.
Enter the email address you used to set up your account and reset instructions will be emailed to you.
Follow the instructions in the email to update your credentials.
Alternately, you can change your password from inside your account by opening your profile, accessible under “My Profile” which you can reach by clicking the arrow to the right of your name and profile picture in the top right hand corner of the workspace. Click on “Change your Klear password” and enter your current password and new password.
