What information will Kountable check on my articles of incorporation or other documents?
Kountable checks that the information on your document matches the information on your Kountable account so please make sure all your account details are correct and up to date with special attention to:
-
Legal entity name
-
Legal entity type (Sole Proprietor, LLC etc)
-
EIN
-
Business address
Can Kountable accept a P.O. Box address as my business address?
Kountable requires a valid physical address. We cannot accept a P.O. Box as a valid address.
Which physical address should be entered for my business address?
A business address is used to designate your principal place of business. It is where your business is officially operating from, as well as an address where the business can officially be reached.
For example, if a business is incorporated in Delaware, but is operating out of a California office, then the principal place of business would typically be that California office address.
Your business address is required and will be the location for all of your Kountable communications including contracts, statements, invoices, payments, and bills.
