If you've completed the identity verification steps but have received communication that we can’t confirm your identity with your government ID(s), it could be due to your photo(s) not meeting our requirements.
Try submitting your government ID(s) again, and make sure it follows our guidelines:
- Show all 4 corners of the ID.
- Keep the ID flat, and don’t take the photo at an angle.
- Use a dark background, and avoid white or light-colored backgrounds.
- Show all the information, on all sides of your ID. We do not accept photos that have been physically or digitally-modified.
