Why should I communicate through the Kountable application?
Communicating through the Kountable application helps ensure that your personal information and project details are protected. All personal identification and business documentation as well as project details should only be submitted through the application for your privacy protection. Keeping all communication within the app also allows you to keep all relevant project details in a single, easily accessible and secure place. If you communicate outside of the application, we cannot ensure data protection.
Someone sent me a link to Kountable. How can I tell if it's real?
Hackers can create fake websites to try and extract information from you such as your password or other important information. If you are given a link to a website that looks like Kountable but asks for confidential information, be cautious.
Check the spelling of the website. If www.http://kountable.com is misspelled, it is a fake website.
Check if the website has a lock icon Kountable's website and applications will have this icon to indicate that the connection is secure for sharing personal information.
Report suspicious messages or fake websites to Kountable.
