Help! I can view trades, but I can't edit them.

How to adjust your permissions.

Why is this happening?

When new team members are added to a team, their permissions are often set to default. This means they can view most features on Klear, but aren’t allowed to make changes.

How do I fix this?

Only account owners (the user who created your organization’s Klear account) can edit permissions. Your account owner will have to update your permissions. To help them do this you can direct them to this short support article.
